Shoal Creek Medical is a three-building office campus in Kansas City, Missouri. ITI Glass supplied Midwest Glass and Glazing of Kansas City, Kansas with Tubelite’s 400 Series curtain wall and 14000 Series storefront framing systems for the project.

400 Series is a structurally improved curtain wall framing system that reduces the need for steel reinforcing in mid-rise and high performance storefront applications. At Shoal Creek, the product is used to create tall spans of overhead glazing. Shoal Creek also utilizes both thermal and non-thermal members from the 14000 Series storefront system.

Shoal Creek is glazed with Solarban z50 (2) + Clear, a popular gray-blue solar control glass by PPG Industries. The glass combines high levels of visible light transmittance with minimal solar-heat gain and a low interior reflectance of 11%.
