More than 30 years of experience and state-of-the-art equipment establish ITI Glass among the top glass fabricators in the Midwest.

History

In 1975, ITI Glass began fabricating insulating and heat-treated glass for Wichita area glazing contractors and Pizza Hut Corporation. Then a Wichita-based company, Pizza Hut pre-assembled its restaurants in Wichita and shipped them throughout the country.

The following decades were marked with growth into new markets. We began to operate shipping routes to customers and jobsites throughout Kansas, Missouri, Nebraska, Iowa and South Dakota. We began to expand into new markets in Arkansas, Colorado, Oklahoma and Texas. Today, we operate regular shipping routes to customers in nine states.

In 2006, after six expansions at our previous facility in downtown Wichita, we broke ground on a state-of-the-art, 65,000-square-foot manufacturing center in Bel Aire, north of Wichita. We moved to the Bel Aire facility after its completion in January 2007. During the move, we joined the PPG Certified Fabricator Program, passing our initial audit with high marks from inspectors.

Most recently, we have made several additions to our fabrication equipment, enabling us to automate production processes and increase capacity. These include a Glassrobots tempering furnace with oversized capability, which produced its first batch of tempered glass in November 2006. In October 2009, we added CNC cutting and edging equipment, followed by a new Bystronic insulating glass production line in November 2009. In 2013, we added a high-output, multi-functioning glass fabrication working station.
